Day Training Program

​

Our Day Training Program is offered on a limited schedule based on availability. This is a great option if you need focused skills taught to your dog in a consistent manner. You are required to complete a Private Training Session PRIOR to a Day Training reservation. This ensures goals and expectations are clearly mapped out. This program is a great option for people who want effective, targeted skills one-on-one with the trainer, but don't necessarily need the time commitment of a Stay & Learn Program. Schedule as few or as many Day Training sessions as you please!

 

All Private Training clients need to complete and submit a Canine Behavior Questionnaire.

Day Training Schedule and Details

Program Schedule:

  • Our Day Training Program is available at both locations
  • Drop off  in the morning
  • Pick up in the evening
  • If Daycare is applicable, your dog can enjoy some play time as well

 

Program includes:

  • 2 hours of Private Training daily (broken into smaller sessions)
  • 30 minutes of Enrichment Daily
  • Daily Report Cards sent home
  • Daycare if applicable
  • Pick up your dog at the end of the day
  • Follow up consultations will be recommended based on progress

 

Requirements

  • We welcome any dog 10 weeks and older for training.
  • Male dogs  can be intact or neutered, but we cannot accept females in season. 
  • All dogs must have veterinary written proof of up-to-date vaccinations. To participate in training, puppies must have 2 rounds of Parvo/Distemper. Dogs over 16 weeks must be fully current on vaccines including Rabies, Parvo/Distemper . We must have a current Rabies Certificate on file as well.

  • *Effective April 1st, 2026: all dogs receiving any service provided by Howling Peaks will need to have the vaccines listed above (Parvo/Distemper, Rabies) AND additionally must have veterinary proof of  Bordetella, Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza (CIV)​

  • All dogs must be in good health and free of any condition that would jeopardize the health of other dogs. 
  • All dogs must have a Canine Behavior Questionnaire on file.

Day Training Program

All dogs must  have a completed intake form on file. A private session is required prior to booking a Stay & Learn program.  

 

 

*Day Training is available on a limited schedule and is only servicing one dog per household at a time.

 

Day Training Programs require a 50% deposit. This is refundable if you cancel or reschedule with 2 days notice.

 

Training packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
